Dropflo is the most comprehensive all-in-one software solution for your business. It can be customized to be as simple or as intricate as you need. No other software has as many features in one easy to use platform. We are constantly updating and improving our software, and releasing new features to make your life easier.

Not only do we have the best software, but we are a full service digital marketing agency with a variety of custom solutions.

Your success is our success. So we take pride in helping your business take off.

We offer lots of tool to ensure you start of right, and get the help you need along the way.

We have a knowledge base full of tons of educational, step-by-step videos, and documentation on how to setup your CRM.

Need more of a walkthrough as you go? No problem! Every page of Dropflo has a tooltip button to give you a quick refresher on all the buttons and features in every section.

If you still need help, you can email us or contact us via the live-chat directly in your CRM.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with Dropflo at anytime within the first 10 days of your service, cancel during that time and you will not be charged.
Send us an email or a live chat message if you have any issues with your request.

Please note, there is no contract term for Solo and Pro accounts. If you have a custom made account / Enterprise account, a contract term may be required. If this is the case, then you can cancel your account and you will no longer be billed for our monthly services after the end of your contract.

If you have any outstanding balances for pay per use services (ie. calls, texts, emails, ect.) then you will be billed the balance of your usage. Top-ups made to the account for pay-per-use services are non-refundable.

If a refund is being processed on your account, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be reflected on your credit statement.

Security & Compliance

You own 100% of the data!
Dropflo does not take ownership, nor will we try to sell your data.

Our platform is stored on Google cloud’s infrastructure. You get the encryption and security that google provides. For more information, please visit: https://cloud.google.com/security

Dropflo is available worldwide, but is NOT offered in the following countries:

Due to the influx of unregulated spam and robocalls, some countries have implemented laws, where certain calling and messaging features may be unavailable, or just require additional information before a virtual phone number can be released to you.

In order for us to be compliant with local authorities, your country of residence may need you to complete a regulatory compliance form, in order to identify you as a “safe sender”.

Don’t worry! We help get you all setup as quickly as possible so you have no sending issues.

CRM & Functionality

The cost varies depending on the country of residence, where you are calling, if they number is local or toll-free and the type of voice service being used.
As an example, placing a local call within Canada & the US is:
Outgoing: $0.0325/min
Incoming: $0.0213/min
Outgoing SMS: $0.0187

Sending emails are free if you use your own SMTP provider.
If you need to use our SMTP costs are $5.00/1000 emails.

You can easily import your contacts by downloading them into a .CSV file and uploading into your contacts in Dropflo. It’s that simple!
Our import tool also lets you lets you map fields to the correct area, and even get rid of duplicates.
